The HSPH Student Club of Japan will be sponsoring its annual Japan Trip during the 1 week spring break in March 2015. This trip will provide students with the opportunity to learn about disaster management, health consequences of large scale disasters and the health care system in Japan. Participants will join the UN World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction in Sendai, spend time in Ishinomaki (one of the hardest hit areas during the triple disaster in 2011) and conclude in Tokyo with engaging discussions with top global leaders. There will also be plenty of sight seeing and fun cultural activities. This tour is non-credit and will be held March 14th to 22nd during the spring break. Please join our information session!
